A National Council on US Libya Relations webinar exploration on the current status of doing business in Libya; its opportunities and challenges. Libya, a wealthy Mediterranean North African state, sitting on the African continent largest oil and gas reserve, and with a history of prosperous international business opportunities up until the 2011 revolution, currently suffers a serious setback. The lack of proper governance, dysfunctional business administration, concern with security and contract default, all contribute to a negative business meliu.
