It my great pleasure as Chairman of the NCUSLR Advisory Board to announce that Ambassador (ret.) Gene Cretz joined our Board!

Gene Cretz was America's first Ambassador to Libya since 1972, serving there during a crucial time.

We are glad that the NCUSLR can benefit from the vast experience of such a distinguished elder statesman.
