New Release: 'Arab Futures 2.0: The road to 2030'
Our NCUSLR Advisory Board Member, Dr. Florence Gaub, Deputy Director of the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS), the Union’s Agency analysing foreign, security and defence policy issues, has recently published "Arab Futures 2.0: The road to 2030"
This paper opens with three scenarios which lay out the regional state of affairs in 2030 in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. These scenarios are built on the catalysts or agents of change that were identified after a careful analysis of the mega-trends that are elaborated.
